About Me
I have had the good fortune of doing work that I love with children, teens, adults, couples, teams, and groups as either a teacher, Director of an Early Childhood Centre, Director of Family Programs, Meditation teacher, Integral Coach and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. This has accumulatively resulted in my working with these various populations for the past 30 years.

I have experienced firsthand the possibility of lasting transformation for clients by acquiring self-knowledge and taking meaningful action. Sometimes small changes can have a significant impact and set one off on a new and more desirable path.
Treatment Approach
Sometimes small changes have a large impact and can set one off on a new path.

Often the modifications that make a significant shift are the relational ones: how I relate to myself, my family, my friends, my peers, my colleagues, my community. I draw from the Bowenian, Object Relations, and Attachment Theories amongst others.
I work creatively and make use of talk therapy, therapeutic journaling, sand tray, art and play therapy techniques and meditation. My utilization of these techniques always depends on the comfort level of the client.

No two people are alike and therefore each therapy plan/program is designed for each client individually. I use a gentle, curious and compassionate approach to support my clients during the healing and growing process of therapy.
‘I am not what happened to me, I am who I choose to become.’
